Before founding NEXT Electric in 2012, Surges established Pieper Electric’s Madison Operations, spearheaded the acquisition of Schultz Electric Inc., and led their Department of Transportation Electrical Division. With 30 years of electrical contracting experience and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee focused on Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Organizational Transformation, Surges has built NEXT Electric into one of Wisconsin’s largest industrial and commercial electrical contractors.
