Safety is never sacrificed for production—because at IES, our people always come first. Every day, we choose to Aim for ZERO, ensuring a safer, stronger future for all.

Beyond The Numbers

Safety is a way of life, and it doesn’t stop at the jobsite. At IES, we lean into safety by providing our team members, their families, and the communities we serve resources and information to help them live healthier and safer lives in their homes and communities. Family safety is one way we accomplish that. We publish, promote and share articles, resources, tips on seasonal and trending family safety topics to our team members and families. Realizing that is not enough, we don’t stop there. IES shares a myriad of information and resources that relate to hurricane and weather, school, holiday and travel, preventative and general health. The goal is to create more inbound ‘awareness’ opportunities within the regions we serve. Since ‘safety’ is so important in our industry, we’re working to maintain the ‘gold standard’ of safety that outpaces our competitors, while ensuring it includes team members, families and the communities we serve.
